zeris.pro is run by Zeris. By buying or using our products, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell Shopify themes as digital downloads. After payment you get a download link by email and on your order page.

2. License

One purchase gives you a license to use the theme on one Shopify store that you own or run. Development and staging copies of that same store are fine. You may change the theme's code, styles and settings for that store.

You may not sell, share, give away, re-upload or publish the theme or any part of it, changed or not. Images, videos and logos shown in our demo store are not part of the theme and are not licensed to you.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD. We may change prices and discounts at any time. Payment is taken at checkout.

4. Refunds

All sales are final. See our Refund policy.

5. Updates and support

Updates within version 1.x are free. If you need help, write to us through our contact page.

6. No warranty

The theme is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Zeris is not liable for any loss that comes from using it.

7. Ending the license

If you break these terms, your license ends and you must stop using the theme.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
